Introducing Information:

Riyadh WDG is a Systemic, contact and stomach insecticide consist of Abamectin + Emamectin Benzoate. Abamectin production isolated from fermentation of streptomyces avermities, a naturally occurring soil Actinomycete (Bacteria). It works on sucking insect as well as Red Spider mite/mite of different crop. Emamectin Benzoate is a new insecticide of Syngenta Crop Protection, synthesized from the bacterium and contains two analogues Emamectin B1a and Bab with a new mechanism of action and a strong activity against Lepidoptera as well as with and a high selectivity on useful organisms. This molecule acts if swallowed and has some contact action. It penetrates leaf tissues (translaminar activity) and forms a reservoir within the leaf. The mechanism of action is unique in the panorama of insecticides.

Mode of Action

Abamectin-Insecticide & Acaricide with contact, stomach action. Has limited plant systemic activity, Emamctin Benzoate- it inhibits muscle contraction, causing a continuous flow of chlorine ions in the GABA and H-Glutamate receptor sites, non-systemic, acts by causing insect paralysis by suppressing muscle contraction. Chloride channel activator.

How to work

Abamectin-Acts by stimulating the release of Gama Aminobutyric acid, an inhibitory neuro transmitter, thus causing paralysis. Emamectin Benzoate- This molecule acts if swallowed and has some contact action. It penetrates leaf tissues (translaminar activity) and forms a reservoir within the leaf.
